I have always valued connection and relationships, believing that these are central to personal growth. People come to therapy at different stages in their lives, and I firmly believe there is always room for growth, self-love, and a deeper understanding of oneself.

The foundation of my therapeutic approach is strengths-based and relational, while also incorporating person-centered, family systems, and solution-focused therapies. In my work with clients, I take a compassionate, encouraging, and thoughtful approach.

For over 12 years, I have worked with teens, college students, and adults facing a range of challenges. Many have come to me to process life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, college life, mood disorders, and identity struggles. Relationships, family dynamics, and day-to-day stressors are often an integral part of our work together. I have also had the privilege of offering support and guidance to parents and caregivers, helping them navigate the complexities of raising children during challenging life stages. Additionally, with my experience in both public and therapeutic school settings, I offer consulting services to teachers, administrators, and counselors when needed.

As a native Spanish speaker from Venezuela, I’ve had the privilege of working with Spanish-speaking clients who often struggle to find therapists who speak their language. I also have experience supporting first-generation college students as they navigate the challenges of this often overwhelming life stage. In our sessions, I offer transparency and share first-hand perspectives on the impact of culture in everyday life.

Before earning my Master’s in Social Work from Wheelock College, I completed my undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology.
